INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Pursuant to § 358.7(a)(1), if a transmission provider discloses non-public transmission information in a manner contrary to the requirements of the Standards of Conduct regulations, the transmission provider must immediately post on its Internet website the information that was disclosed. Additionally, pursuant to § 358.7(a)(2), if a transmission provider discloses, in a manner contrary to the requirements of the Standards of Conduct regulations, non-public transmission customer information, critical energy infrastructure information (CEII), or other information that the Commission has determined, by law, to be subject to limited dissemination, the transmission provider must immediately post on its Internet website a notice that the information was disclosed.
