Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. §§ 358.1 and 284 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s regulations, the Standards of Conduct apply to any interstate natural gas pipeline that transports gas for others and conducts transmission transactions with an affiliate that engages in marketing functions ("Marketing Affiliate").

The Standards of Conduct regulations are not applicable to Panhandle Energy's interstate pipelines Sea Robin Pipeline Company, LLC; Southwest Gas Storage Company; and Trunkline LNG Company, LLC.
