Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. §§ 284.13(d) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s regulations, any interstate natural gas pipeline that provides no-notice transportation service pursuant to 284.7(a)(4) must also provide a posting of the quantity of no-notice transportation at each receipt and delivery location before 11:30am Central clock time three days after the day of gas flow.

Panhandle Energy's interstate pipelines Sea Robin Pipeline Company, LLC; Southwest Gas Storage Company; and Trunkline LNG Company, LLC do not offer a no-notice service, therefore, the applicable posting is not required.
